Review Reward Terms & Conditions

1. Please share your genuine experience of using Hyperglance. Your review should reflect your own honest opinion, whether positive or negative.
2. Only submit a review if you have personally used Hyperglance. The review platform, or Hyperglance where applicable, may ask for information to confirm your eligibility.
3. Where a gift card or other reward is offered, it is provided in return for submitting an eligible review, not for leaving a positive review or giving a particular rating.
4. Rewards are only available for reviews submitted through review platforms and campaigns where incentives are permitted. The terms, eligibility requirements, moderation process, and availability of rewards may vary by review platform.
5. In some cases, the review platform will issue and administer the reward directly. Where this applies, the platform's own terms, eligibility requirements, processing times, and reward options will apply.
6. Where Hyperglance is responsible for issuing the reward, we will normally do so within 28 days of identifying you, confirming your eligibility, and confirming that your review has been published or otherwise accepted by the relevant review platform.
7. If Hyperglance is responsible for your reward and you have not received it within 28 days, we may have been unable to identify you as the reviewer. Please complete our missing reward claim form so we can verify your eligibility.
8. You may submit reviews on more than one eligible review platform, provided each review complies with that platform's rules and the terms of the relevant reward campaign. A reward is not automatically available for every review submitted.
9. Reviews must not be false, misleading, manipulated, copied, or submitted on behalf of another person. Any attempt to abuse a review campaign may result in the reward being withheld.
10. Where Hyperglance is responsible for issuing a reward and the advertised gift card is unavailable in your country, we may provide a suitable alternative of similar value.
11. Hyperglance may withhold a reward where these terms, the relevant campaign terms, or the review platform's rules have not been met.
