When do I get paid? When your referral signs up and becomes a paying customer, we’ll contact you to arrange payment.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer? No, refer as many as you like. You’ll get $500 for each one that converts.
Can I refer someone from my own company? No, referrals must be to new organizations we haven’t worked with.
What if someone else refers the same contact? Whoever submits the referral first gets the reward.
Hyperglance Referral Program - Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
"Hyperglance," "We," or "Us": Refers to Hyperglance, the provider of the referral program.
"Referrer": The person who refers a new customer to Hyperglance.
"Referee": A new customer who is referred by the Referrer and signs up for Hyperglance services.
"Incentive": The USD 500 Amazon gift card reward (or equivalent alternative) provided for a successful referral.
2. Introduction
Welcome to the Hyperglance Referral Program. We appreciate your support and want to thank you for referring new customers to us. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Eligibility
Who Can Participate: Anyone globally can join the program.
Location & Currency: Although the reward is a USD 500 Amazon.com gift card, we may change the currency or retailer to suit the referrer’s location if possible. Not guaranteed.
4. How the Referral Works
The referrer shares the referee's contact details with Hyperglance.
The referee must be a new customer who has not used Hyperglance services before.
The referral is successful once the referee signs up and pays their first invoice. Invoices must be paid directly to Hyperglance, not via a cloud marketplace.
5. Reward Details
Incentive Amount: The referrer will receive a USD 500 Amazon.com gift card for a successful referral.
Timing: The reward will be issued within 60 days after the referee’s first invoice is fully paid.
Redemption: If the referrer’s location requires a different currency or retailer, an alternative reward of equivalent value may be provided.
6. Payment Conditions
The incentive is payable only after the referee pays their first invoice.
If the referee’s payment is delayed or not received, the incentive will not be issued until payment is confirmed.
If we do not receive payment from the referee within the terms of their first invoice, the reward will no longer be valid.
7. Limitations and Restrictions
Only one incentive will be issued per successful referral.
Self-referrals or referrals from closely related entities (such as subsidiaries or affiliates) are not eligible.
We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of any referral.
Any misuse or fraudulent behavior may result in disqualification from the program.
8. Modification and Termination
Hyperglance may update or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes to these terms will be posted on our website, and your continued participation will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to refuse any referral that does not meet these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hyperglance operates.
Any disputes arising from the referral program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
10. Disclaimer
Hyperglance makes no guarantees regarding the timing of payments beyond what is stated here.
We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party providers, including the retailer issuing the gift card.
Participation in the referral program is voluntary, and you agree to hold Hyperglance harmless from any claims related to the program.
By joining the Hyperglance Referral Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
