4. Hyperglance Software And Customer Cloud Data
Hyperglance is self-hosted rather than provided as a shared SaaS cloud management platform.
Customers typically deploy Hyperglance within their own cloud or infrastructure environment. The customer controls where the application runs, how access is managed, and the networking, ingress, and egress rules applied to the deployment.
Cloud inventory, architecture, configuration, billing, cost, security, compliance, and related operational data collected by a customer’s Hyperglance deployment is therefore processed within the customer-controlled environment rather than routinely transferred into a Hyperglance-operated SaaS platform.
This Privacy Policy does not make Hyperglance the controller of personal information simply because that information exists within a customer-operated Hyperglance deployment.
There are circumstances where information may be provided directly to us, for example when:
- A customer submits a support request
- Diagnostic information or logs are shared with us
- A customer asks us to investigate an issue
- Information is provided during onboarding, professional services, or troubleshooting
